Miniatures, sculpts animations and designs
Here is the first upload of my pro practices blog.
In the following posts will be various sculptures, designs and some animation elements along with my thought process as I explain the why of these certain pieces being here along with methods, materials and scales etc.
The main type of art I gravitate towards is various forms of sculpture and model making.
There is a lot of fantastical characters included but to show my skills off I will also be showing some realism in later posts too.
A Games Workshop inspired miniature named a "Plague Bearer" 28mm demon character made from green studio Sculpey and plasticard over wire.
The Greater Demon of Nurgle sculpt is around 5inches tall and based on the G.W/Forgeworld range of miniatures. this took me around 10 months (part time to build) and is based on a character that has alot of detail.
This piece has stood the test of time for quality since I made it back in 2007 and I am very proud of it as a breakthrough in personal creative accomplishment.
Yoda Miniature 15mm sculpted in Green stuff (kneadatite) over a shaped paper clip. Made as a test to see if I could do it this tiny scale.
