Prezi Link

Here is the Prezi for games design and animation interview.

https://prezi.com/ipg7q5zpatvn/games-design-and-animation/

A quick screen grab of my lesson plan for the interview to be an Associate lecturer of Games design and Animation.

The task was to teach for 10 minutes but prepare for 60 minutes.

For the first 3 or so minutes I showed a prezi about games design and then taught the three interviewers to draw in proportion for the remaining time. Apparently I was the only interviewee who went over time so Ill take that as a good sign.

Bellow are 46 individual scans form my personal note book.

Time organisation andvarious key players in the hopeful future part time creative company...

Festivals and promotional experience is key to getting work out there...

An early idea of the company was called Fantastic Beasts creature workshop which is focussed around the idea of The J.K.Rowling story being made into a film which is its own franchise... I have since decided It would be a better use of this groups creative potential to create original content.

Staying organised and principles...

This refers to the 12 principles of Animation which I feel as an A.L I need to focus on.
Which need to be focussed on rather than software and programs, which anyone can pick up over time, the priciples are better taught in collage whilst at student stage. which is why I wish to make it a practical focus.

Various elements covered by the advanced art of stop-motion animation which by the way is an exceptional book.

Our partial group super imposed next to the Hogwarts Express.

The whole experience was a once in a life time and very inspirational to us media students... there was a lot learned and recorded from the experience that would take too long to put down here...

Whilst we were there we had a live brief (the point of the trip) to film around Venice Beach and take photos and sketch to capture the flavour of the area for a project.

The team work was insightful and interesting.
